About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Duty Manager at Ramada Belfast. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
    • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are positive and memorable
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff attendance, guest feedback, and operational metrics
    • Coordinate and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Proven leadership and management experience in a hospitality or related industry
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Operational Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions
