**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments during the night shift, including reception, night audit, and guest services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as Night Duty Manager and be responsible for the smooth running of all departments during the night shift.
- Complete all reception night duties, including cash up, night audit, and night reports.
- Assist the Night Manager in the management of all night staff.
- Provide solutions for any guest problems or complaints while following the hotel's problem resolution policy.
- Supervise and serve food and beverage to resident guests at night, according to the service and cash/charge procedures.
- Conduct regular walks around the property to report any defects or issues to the relevant department.
- Liaise with all other departments on any guest requests, such as wake-up calls, book taxis, early breakfast, group departures, etc.
- Actively participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upkeep of the equal opportunities policy to ensure a neutral working environment.
**Requirements**
- 6 months of hotel Duty Manager experience.
- Experience within a customer service role.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems.
- Must speak and have a clear understanding of English.
