At room2, we're on a mission to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional service and ensure our guests feel at home. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
People
- Take charge of the building and team during night shifts, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Manage reservation enquiries, providing kind and considered responses to our guests' needs.
- Be the go-to person for guest inquiries and questions, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Conduct team meetings, providing constructive feedback to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily tasks, including taking payments, balancing the books, and ensuring property patrols are completed.
- Be accountable for the safety and security of your property, taking proactive measures to prevent incidents.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations during night shifts.
- Exercise initiative when dealing with challenging situations or guest complaints, ensuring our guests leave happy and satisfied.

- Continuously evaluate and improve hotel occupancy, revenue, and operational processes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
