Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, leading global hospitality group.

As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will support Reservations Department in daily operations and contribute to efficient running of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily operations with Reservations Manager to ensure department objectives are achieved
  • Delegating tasks and preparing team members' work schedules
  • Ensuring accurate completion of administrative procedures according to departmental and hotel guidelines
  • Implementing and delivering individual and departmental training plans with Reservations Manager
  • Analysing enquiries and responding within brand standard timeframes with Groups Team
  • Preparing contracts for leisure segment (FIT, group allocation and series)
  • Working closely with Director of Sales & Marketing, Reservations Manager and Revenue Manager to set daily pricing and business strategies to maximise occupancy and ADR
  • Preparing departmental financial & KPI results for monthly departmental meetings and weekly commercial meetings

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years' experience in hotel reservations team
  • Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organisational and training abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of reservations, Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of Revenue Management principles
