Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at H10 London Waterloo. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's reservations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reservation Management: Manage and process reservations, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the property management system.
  2. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations or hotel services.
  3. Channel Management: Utilize up-selling techniques and manage relationships with online travel agencies, global distribution systems, and other distribution channels.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of new bookings.
  5. System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with channel connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with the property management system.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and systems.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturdays. The salary range is £31,000 - £32,968 per year, with a performance bonus, travel compensation, and other benefits.
