We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Specialist to join our Estates team at The Children's Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery against set standards.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, on-site nursery, free eye tests, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay. Your main responsibilities will include managing CAFM tasks in accordance with policy and procedures, maintaining automation, and ensuring effective communication within the team. You will also contribute to the success of our Helpdesk function, providing end-users with high-standard communication and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Estates team.
