The Role

We are seeking Regional Discipline Leads to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Regional Discipline Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading regional teams of engineers
  • Developing and implementing new projects
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
