Technical Discipline Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Design Director to lead our engineering discipline in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring the technical discipline is appropriately sized and shaped, and that standard design practices are applied in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical discipline design, with experience in leading and managing discipline design teams. They will be able to set targets, manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to time, cost and quality objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to take their career to the next level. The salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
