Job Title: Plant Area Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Area Supervisor to join our team at MorePeople. As a Plant Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outdoor plant area, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
  2. Maintain a high standard of plant stock and display, ensuring that the area is visually appealing and easy to navigate
  3. Ensure that all plant stock is accurately priced and that replenishment and merchandising levels are maintained
  4. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on plant care and selection

Requirements:

  • Experience in a plant area or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
