About the Role:
We are recruiting for a skilled Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a busy and growing workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of workshop activities while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage workshop operations, including schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
- Lead and motivate a team of workshop engineers and technicians.
- Liaise with customers to ensure expectations and service standards are met.
- Monitor job progress and ensure the quality of work meets safety and industry standards.
- Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate job records.
- Drive operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
About You:
You will be proactive, hard-working, and passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced and busy workshop environment. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to maintain excellent relationships with both colleagues and customers.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
