Job Description

This ecologist role is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established Environmental Consultancy in Oxford. The successful candidate will work closely with the ecology team, assisting with protected species surveys and contributing to project success.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake protected species surveys.
  • Help build tenders.
  • Produce technical reports.
  • Manage small-medium-sized projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ecology or a related field.
  • Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related subject.
  • Protected species license (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation.
Package
  • Competitive salary (£24,000 - £33,000 depending on experience).
  • 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,750 per annum based on location and experience.
