Job Title: Behaviour Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be working with children and young people with SEMH difficulties in a specialist SEMH school based in Ardwick.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support young people with additional needs and display challenging behaviour
* Provide academic support to students and help them show more pro-social behaviours in the classroom

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in a school or similar setting
* Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs and/or social, emotional and mental health difficulties
* GCSE English/Maths at grade A to C or equivalent
* Specific training in interventions/SEN/SEMH
