Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN, including those displaying challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and behavioural strategies.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour interventions.
- Support students during lessons, activities, and assessments.
- Promote social and emotional development through targeted interventions.
- Liaise with parents, guardians, and external professionals as needed.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma, NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent).
- Competitive salary up to GBP105 per day.
