Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for students to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop positive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist the classroom teacher with behavioural management strategies.
- Provide 1:1 support and guidance to students in small groups.
- A friendly and inclusive school with a commitment to delivering the highest quality education.
- A dedicated and supportive team of staff who are passionate about making a positive impact.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with behavioural challenges or additional needs.
- Willingness to apply for or already possess an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- On-site parking and close proximity to bus stops.
- Bonus referral scheme for successful referrals.
- Excellent training in behaviour management strategies.
