At The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Assistant to join our Workforce Information Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team to provide high-quality administrative support in the collection, collation, and presentation of workforce data.

The successful candidate will have excellent Excel and Word skills, with the ability to collect, collate, analyse, and manipulate data to produce statistical reports and analysis. They will also be responsible for assisting with the standardisation, updating, and cleansing of data within our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. If you have a passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

Job Requirements:
  • GCSE grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or functional skills equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
