Learning Disability Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Educational Support Assistant - Learning Disabilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting young people with mild, moderate, and profound, severe learning and/or physical disabilities.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract, term-time only post that reports to the Additional Learning Support Managers. We require someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding when working with young people with complex needs.
The Ideal Candidate
As a qualified or experienced support worker, you should have a strong background in education and be able to adapt to changing situations. You will be required to work collaboratively with other staff members to develop and implement individualized plans for each student. A salary of £22,500-£25,000 per annum reflects your importance to our team.
