We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Wiltshire Council. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and support services to students with learning disabilities.
Key Duties- Deliver individualized support to students with varying levels of learning and physical disabilities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of working in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
