About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Educational Assistant to join our team. As a specialist assistant for young people with learning disabilities, you will play a vital role in supporting these students to reach their full potential.

You will have a strong background in supporting young people with mild, moderate, and profound learning disabilities, and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes in this area.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the unique needs of each student. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and participating in regular review meetings.
