Job Summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our B2C sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and experience in driving growth through strategic planning and customer relationships.

About the Role

The Head of B2C Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's regional sales strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and driving customer retention and development. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the client base and drive revenue.
  3. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including directors and colleagues, to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales management, preferably in a B2C context.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sales strategies and plans to both internal and external stakeholders.
