Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Talent Management team in London. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on human resources matters and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide HR consulting and guidance to managers and employees on talent strategies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and employees to develop tools, procedures, and initiatives to ensure engagement and continued growth.
  • Assist with change management to minimize distraction and to foster future success.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in relation to employment.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in HR business partnering and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
