About the Role

DRW Holdings, LLC is seeking a skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Consultant to join our London office. As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to achieve the firm and team's goals, specifically in relation to human capital.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent consulting and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR-related initiatives and provide strategic guidance that drives employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support managers and team leaders in assessing and implementing talent strategies to create best-in-class employee experiences and development programs, ensuring alignment with DRW's practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and support managers with employee relations issues, including employee complaints, conflict resolution, and performance management. Provide performance management guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
  • Coach and support managers with performance review programs, including communicating timelines and best practices, promoting participation, providing guidance, and challenging decisions to ensure a firm of excellence.
  • Assist managers with career planning, organization design, and developing succession plans to retain talent, streamline business operations, and prepare for gaps.
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and employees to develop tools, procedures, and initiatives to ensure engagement and continued growth. Recommend leadership development and training initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Excellent consulting, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex HR-related initiatives.
  • Experience with performance management, talent development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
