We are looking for an experienced Senior Health and Wellness Coordinator to oversee the health and safety initiatives at our Energy from Waste Power Station in Runcorn, Cheshire. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £58,400, plus up to 10% bonus, private healthcare, and other benefits.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • The role involves auditing and reviewing monitoring data, providing guidance and corrective actions, and preparing reports for submission to external and internal bodies.
  • You will chair regular safety meetings and work closely with the team to maintain high-quality management systems.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a heavy process engineering environment.
  • A relevant qualification, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, and a strong understanding of the waste/EFW industry.
