Job Overview
As a Sales Development Officer at Elm Consultancy Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, as well as effectively managing the journey for newly onboarded customers. This includes processing orders, telephone enquiries and new account applications, and helping find leads from various sources such as Google and LinkedIn.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Desk with administrative tasks
* Building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities with existing customers
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
* Customer visits with the External Sales Team may be required to help strengthen the customer service relationship

Requirements
