**Senior Office Administrator.**
Established, busy Special Purpose Machinery Manufacturer is looking for a **Senior Office**
**Administrator. **Working across the company departments including sales, purchasing, production and engineering to provide organisational and administration support including:
- Production
- Product shipments from contract tendering through to arrival. Including shipping documentation and customer communication.
- Technician on-site planning and travel arrangements.
- Technician site work documentation.
- Carrying out all customer charter communication.
- Managing administration process for warranty items.
- Managing administration process for various H&S items.
Sales Department
- Provide full holiday cover within the sales department.
- Provide administration support as required.
Purchasing & Engineering
- Provide administration support as required.
**Knowledge, skills and experience**:
- Able to demonstrate five years in a similar busy role,
- An excellent organiser with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels.
- Able to demonstrate an advance understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A problem solver, able to shape processes.
- Able to take appropriate ownership of issues through to resolution.
Note - An understanding of MRP and shipping requirements and documentation would be beneficial.
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary Guide: £25K - £30K K pa
Monday to Friday: 40 hours
