About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide individualized support to students who require additional guidance outside of the traditional classroom setting.

As a Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with schools to identify areas where our support can make a significant difference and develop tailored plans to meet the needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Sessions: Deliver high-quality teaching sessions to small groups of students, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of each child.
  • Feedback and Progress Updates: Provide regular feedback and progress updates to parents and carers, ensuring they are informed and involved in their child's education.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, and other additional needs. A competitive salary (£25-£35 per hour) is offered for this part-time position, paid weekly through PAYE (no fees from Umbrella companies).
