About the Job:

As an Activity Coordinator at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering social and recreational activities on our acute wards. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care plans and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a range of social and recreational activities on and off the ward
  • Liaise with nursing staff and occupational therapy staff to ensure continuity of activity provision
  • Actively involve patients in deciding and planning their participation in activities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care plans

Requirements:

">
  • NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards achievement
  • Relevant experience working with people with mental health problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
