We are seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to join our team in Widnes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

This part-time position involves working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 2pm. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide flexible shifts close to home, mileage allowance, and access to discounts through our Blue Light card scheme.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client
  • Work closely with our team of care assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Promote a culture of empathy and understanding, fostering strong relationships with our clients and their families
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have at least 12 months' experience in a care-related role
  • Hold a full and valid UK or EU driving license and have access to your own vehicle
  • Be entitled to work in the UK
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families
