Transportation Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are looking for a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our logistics team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, while maintaining excellent service and adhering to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Load and unload goods, handling items with care to prevent damage.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing regular checks and maintenance.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
