Join our client's dynamic maintenance team as a skilled HGV Technician. In this role, you will conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections, using diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electronic issues. You will fix or replace faulty parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment, ensuring repaired parts and systems operate correctly. The successful candidate will maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.

Requirements
  • Must hold City & Guilds/apprenticeship or other related qualification - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience as a HGV Mechanic - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Class 1 / 2 driving license - BENEFICIAL
