About Forrest Recruitment Careers: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team in Newcastle under Lyme. As a facilities administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all maintenance tasks, including cleaning, car parking, pest control, and other contractors
  • Overseeing the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, including weekly shopping
  • Coordinating hotels and transport for off-site events
  • Ensuring fire alarm tests are maintained
  • Organizing displays on office wall boards
  • Acting as first aider on site
  • Organizing staff events
  • Overseeing health and safety assessments for employees

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage their workload effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

We offer an attractive salary package, including a salary of £29,250 per annum, plus benefits such as enhanced holidays, subsidised gym membership, pension scheme, private healthcare, and more.
