Fawkes and Reece is currently seeking a skilled Ledger Management Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our financial operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

As a Ledger Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger and Subcontractor Ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will oversee accounts, invoices, and sub-accounts mailbox, responding promptly and accurately to all queries. Additionally, you will process invoices onto the COINS system via manual input or Tradex E-Commerce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include reconciling supplier statements before payment runs, creating and maintaining supplier and subcontractor account setups, and scheduling and processing payments for supplier invoices and subcontractor certificates. You will also distribute invoices to relevant departments or personnel for approval and ensure timely processing.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Experience in an Accounts Payable role is highly desirable.
