Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and support to our clients, while also providing leadership and guidance to our care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive risk assessments and develop person-centered care plans for each new client
- Conduct regular quality monitoring visits with clients to ensure the highest standards of care
- Review and update care plans regularly to reflect changing client needs
- Monitor and manage medication administration, including electronic and paper-based MAR charts
- Provide on-call support to ensure seamless service delivery during out-of-hours periods
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, including social workers, occupational therapists, and GPs, to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Coach and mentor new care staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
- Be a caring and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering outstanding care
- Have the ability to work in a pressured environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Have a strong understanding of care principles and practices, with a willingness to complete NVQ level 3 training
