The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth through engagement with potential and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise and build lasting relationships with our clients.

You will be working closely with our account management team to facilitate referrals and other sales opportunities, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding to all incoming leads, providing exceptional customer service
  • Generating outbound calls to end users to discuss our products and identify their needs
  • Building rapport with both new and existing customers to ensure they feel valued and informed
  • Supporting the account management team by facilitating referrals and other sales opportunities
  • Coordinating product demonstrations and managing the 'Leads Inbox' effectively
  • Upholding and promoting the Company Vision and Values in every interaction
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs around sales targets and appointments booked
