Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team at M&G plc. As an Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity management systems to ensure secure and efficient access to our resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage identity management systems, including SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Develop and implement access management policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on identity management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address identity management-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies and identity management concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and ability to write scripts.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
