About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team at LT Harper - Cyber Security Recruitment. As an Identity Management Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and implementing identity infrastructure and tooling for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement identity solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to facilitate delivery, including review and analysis of proposed technical solutions and business processes
  • Provide input and guidance on security-related technical architecture and design decisions
  • Conduct code reviews of features and critical security components
  • Identify and quantify relevant risks to systems and processes in the context of desired security posture
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in Okta, Ping, SailPoint (or relevant tool) and consulting and delivery experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in networking, cloud security, scripting, and coding
  • Strong knowledge of PAM and Identity governance
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced company that is leading the revolution in challenger banks
  • Client-facing experience in delivery and consulting
