Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team at M&G plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our identity and access management systems, ensuring that our employees have secure and efficient access to our resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage identity and access management systems, including SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Develop and implement identity and access management solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees on identity and access management systems.
  • Monitor and report on identity and access management system performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on identity and access management systems and processes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies and identity and access management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and ability to write scripts.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
