  • Complete identity and access functions, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
  • Work closely with other team members to identify and suggest resolutions and improvements to processes.
  • Centralize and standardize user access within the EHR.
  • Identify, develop, and document user access controls in conjunction with the business and Programme teams.
  • Involve in projects as needed, as determined by the scope and related to the job function.
  • Document internal procedures.
  • Be responsive and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Report issues to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • 2 years+ relevant experience is desirable.
  • Profound understanding of how access to EHR systems is used in healthcare.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in high pressure and changing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.
