About the Role

M&G plc is seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As an Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Configure and manage identity provisioning and governance tools
  • Develop and maintain build map rules, LCM events, and workflows
  • Install, customize, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ
  • Aggregate and provision users using various connectors
  • Develop new audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports
  • Implement new code into UAT and production
  • Monitor delivery against SLAs and address exceptions
  • Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting
  • Identify risks and issues and develop recommendations
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies
  • Strong IAM domain knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts
  • Expertise level of knowledge with SailPoint IdentityIQ development
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business users
