Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our Bid Team at the phs Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing individual tenders and proposals.

This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave in our Bid Team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality bid submissions.
  • Manage the bid process from kick-off to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
