About the Role

Lovell is a leading developer of residential-led strategic land, and we are now seeking a skilled Assistant Development Manager to support our growth plans.

As Assistant Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating land opportunities, developing proposals, and submitting them to landowners/agents for approval. You will also contribute to the development of the company's strategic land strategy, working closely with the Planning Manager and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the land development process, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
