Customer Service Representative

BYD Europe is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary:£45,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing customer interactions, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer complaints via various channels;
* Escalate problems to the technical team or other product team members;
* Update customer information in our database;
* Provide information about new and existing products and services;
* Make sales and process payments when necessary;
* Perform administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
* 23 years of previous customer service or contact centre experience in the automotive industry;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Active listening skills;
* Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Ability to accept criticism;
* Good time management;
* Sales and persuasive skills.
