About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
  • Provide emotional support and kindness to residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Participate in safeguarding training and reporting any concerns
