Emplyment Type: Nights Only, Full-time working 36 hours per week. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity, and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first, and providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual.

We respect differences and recognise that our staff and residents will have different needs. Therefore, we require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
