Night Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Carterton, Oxon. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic support to a 34-year-old female client, enabling her to live independently in her own home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of support with a caring, empathetic, and professional approach
* Assist the client with daily living tasks and promote her independence
* Work collaboratively with the client's existing support network to ensure a seamless care experience
* Cover planned shifts and be flexible at short notice
* Maintain accurate records of the client's care and support
Requirements:
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to individuals with complex needs
* Basic computer skills, including email and document use
* Full driving licence
* Ability to follow a mandatory training programme and learn specialist skills
Working Conditions:
* Shifts commence each morning at 10:00, with sleep-in support between 24-48 hours
* Occasional split shifts may be required
* Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 on weekdays and £16.00 on weekends
* National Living Wage paid for sleep-in hours
