Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Inspire and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the shop always looks its best, with visually appealing displays and a clean and tidy environment.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with our customers and provide an excellent customer service experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Champion Safer Gambling: Champion safer gambling practices at all times, ensuring our customers are protected and supported.
  • Shop Operations: Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Working Patterns
  • Flexible Hours: Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with shifts devised on a rota basis.
  • Evening and Weekend Work: Shifts will include evening and weekend working, with a focus on providing excellent customer service during these times.
What You'll Need
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • Supervisory Experience: You'll need supervisory experience and great people skills to succeed in this role.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a professional and dynamic approach to work is essential.
