- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the shop always looks its best, with visually appealing displays and a clean and tidy environment.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with our customers and provide an excellent customer service experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Champion Safer Gambling: Champion safer gambling practices at all times, ensuring our customers are protected and supported.
- Shop Operations: Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Target Achievement: Work with your team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
- Flexible Hours: Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with shifts devised on a rota basis.
- Evening and Weekend Work: Shifts will include evening and weekend working, with a focus on providing excellent customer service during these times.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
- Supervisory Experience: You'll need supervisory experience and great people skills to succeed in this role.
- Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a professional and dynamic approach to work is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and empathy skills are required to engage with customers from all walks of life.
- Compensation: We recognise high performance with incentives and offer a quarterly performance bonus.
- Training and Development: We'll upskill you with external and on-the-job training throughout your time with us.
- Holiday Entitlement: You'll be entitled to 28 days holiday, plus an extra paid day off for your birthday.
