Main Duties of the Job

As a Senior Nurse Practitioner in this team, you will work closely with carers, families, and partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support and achieve optimal outcomes for our service users. You will also be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders to address the unique needs of each service user.
