We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with an MDT
  • Provide NICE guidance interventions to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

A salary of £45,753 - £51,668 per annum, plus benefits, is offered for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub).
