Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to service users with complex mental health needs, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also participate in clinical governance activities to improve patient safety and quality of care.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for service users
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

- Provide education and support to staff on mental health issues
