Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our Brent Community Rehab's Discharge to Assess Team as a Specialist Physiotherapist. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives through collaborative, community-based care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting uni-professional and multi-professional assessments, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, osteoporosis, learning disabilities, and mental health diagnoses.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Attendance at specialist short courses or equivalent CPD activities within the specialist areas of Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Older People Rehabilitation.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £42,058 - £62,127 per annum, depending on experience.
