Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver NICE-guided interventions as part of an MDT to support service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Undertake clinic duties as required and contribute to our office duty on a rota basis.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical and management supervision, with opportunities for CPD.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Post-registration training in a relevant field.
  • Leadership/Management training.
  • Experience of mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff.
  • Familiarity with the Recovery Model.
Estimated Salary Range

□ £46,422 - £54,244 per annum.
